In a perfect world, Cincinnati Bengal fans would be permitted to sell raffle tickets to raise enough money to entice Mike Brown (the stupidest team owner in the NFL) to sell the Bengals to whoever would hold the winning raffle ticket.
The only thing that the winner would have to promise is to hire a general manager anf then stay out of the way and just keep going to the bank!
